* Required to travel individually to Chowon Riding Club and arrive at the reserved time.
Reservations must be made at least 2 days prior to the intended date of use by contacting Chowon Riding Club.
After completing the reservation, the program ticket will be provided at the hotel front desk during check-in.
Guests who purchase the “Pony Healing Walk Package” at WE Hotel Jeju will receive a 10% discount per person when booking additional horse riding experience programs at Chowon Riding Club.
If the program cannot be operated during your stay due to rain or weather conditions, unused tickets may be rebooked and used once until December 31, 2026.
For rebooking, guests must contact Chowon Riding Club in advance and present the original ticket upon arrival.
Reuse of the ticket is only permitted for the original reservation holder and cannot be transferred or resold.
Lost tickets cannot be reissued or used.
