TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Article 1 Membership is limited to individuals.
  2. Article 2 Membership validity period is one year from the date of registration. (Validity date is not extended)
  3. Article 3 Membership cards can not be used for any purpose other than your own, and may not be used for the purpose of lending, transferring, or providing collateral to others.
  4. Article 4 Membership cards can not be used for credit card purposes.
  5. Article 5 Members shall immediately notify the hotel department that issued the card, in the case of loss, theft or damage of the card due to the negligence, and its reissuance shall be decided by the hotel. (Reissuance fee ￦30,000 / Special delivery requested by the member will be paid by the addressee.)
  6. Article 6 Membership benefits do not overlap with other discounts offered by the hotel.
  7. Article 7 Members must present their card to receive the hotel benefits.
  8. Article 8 The hotel may stop or deprive a member if the member performs any of the following activities.
    – If the registration form is false
    – If the member uses his membership card for a wrongful purpose
    – If the member violates these TERMS & CONDITIONS
  9. Article 9 In case of suspension or withdrawal of membership, the annual fee paid will not be returned.
  10. Article 10 If necessary, the hotel can decide to change, add or cancel the content of the card operation and membership benefits.
